Hello and thank you for taking a look at my profile and getting to know me better! I LOVE the Keys. I also Love being a Real Estate Professional, so it was only natural for me to combine the two. Let me backtrack a moment for you. I am a South Florida Native with roots in the Keys that stretch back to the 1950s. I grew up enjoying, and have a passion for, the same waters, reefs, and wrecks, that I now turn my clients onto. After graduating from college in San Francisco, I enjoyed a 15-year career in the entertainment industry. Ready for a change of pace, I decided to pursue real estate, which has now led to a wonderful 15-year odyssey, where I have been privileged to have assisted in the real estate sales of over $300 Million, representing over several hundred properties in Dade, Broward and Monroe Counties, utilizing cutting edge real estate technology, negotiating savvy, strong work ethic, and a client-service based philosophy. Having worked with, and managed, some of South Florida’s elite real estate firms, I am proud to now call American Caribbean Real Estate in Islamorada, home. Please contact me to learn how I can assist YOU in finding YOUR slice of the American Caribbean, the Fabulous Florida Keys. Please visit my award-winning blog: The Florida Keys Real Estate Conchquistador at TheRealEstateConch.com. Specializing in: Florida Keys Waterfront Properties, Key Largo, Islamorada, Venetian Shores, Largo Sound, South Creek Village, Safety Harbor, Port Antigua, Duck Key, Hammer Point, Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, Waterfront Properties, Single Family/Condominiums/Mobile Homes, Entertainment Industry Needs Specialist, Recording Studios for Sale, and Nightclubs.
