Sue was great to work with. She anticipated all the information needed and connected me with all the right people to make the loan process seamless. If I am ever in the market again, I will call Sue first.
We were moving from out of state and had limited time in NC to physically walk though houses. Sue made sure that she understood why we were moving, what neighborhood feel we were looking for and what our needs were in a house. We wanted a new build so Sue researched the neighborhoods and was ready with 10+ showing the weekend we visited. As we walked through a properties, she would point out items (good and not so good) that we needed to keep in mind. In the end we found the layout and land that we wanted and Sue was our eyes during the completion of construction. She would visit the house every week to 10 day, sending us updates or face timing us so that we could see it live. She would answer every questions we had day or night, would follow up if a the builder was not providing timely responses, and let us know what to expect next. We feel like we now have a life long friend and her warm personality and beautiful smile made the moving process more enjoyable.
