Our experience with Gaurav was the best part of buying home and we felt incredibly lucky to be represented by him. We bought our beautiful home just over a year ago and still feel incredibly fortunate we found this home after visiting 25 different properties. We wouldn't consider ourselves easy clients as we were first time buyers and were very nervous about the leap. Here is what comes to mind of why we would recommend him in a heartbeat: 1) Market knowledge: As anxious/pessimistic/curious buyer, Gaurav answered hundreds of questions and provided plenty of sound advise over 4 months of searching that gave us to confidence to pull the trigger at the right time and place. 2) Relatable: Being a home owner and investor in Ottawa, Gaurav provided a lens to the market that were aligned with our goals. Aside from finding a beautiful home, he provided a lot of consideration with our financial interest in mind which meant a lot to us. 3) Trustworthy: as knowledgeable as he was, occasionally when he didnt know something he would make note of it and circle back with an answer promptly. There were times we liked a home and he would suggest even better alternatives. 4) Fun: there was no pressure and we enjoyed evenings spent with him looking at homes. So much so that we felt the void of his presence after moving. 5) Excellent negotiator: we got an incredible deal, which wouldn't have possible without him. 6) Responsive: at 11pm or 7am he was a text away. He has earned a lifetime client and we look forward to our next home buying experience with him.

Gaurav helped my family and I to find the perfect home. He was determined to meet our expectations and satisfy our need. I appreciated his professionalism and engagement. We will definitely work with him again if an occasion arises.
