Where in the world do we start? I know so many Realtors in the Nashville area, Brady has been the one who consistently picked up the phone to both myself and my husband, sent and called about annual real estate reviews in the area, etc. This has been ongoing for years. Once we decided to sell it was easy to decide who would get the job. It was not an easy transaction and required a lot of his time and feet on the ground since we do not live in the area. He was happy to deliver fabled service. If all of this was not enough, Brady was out of town for a week + and his business partner, Trent Blakley, was incredibly attentive, of service and showed so much empathy for some personal things that were happening at the same time. Bravo gentlemen ... you exceeded all of our expectations. (did I mention, I have been a Realtor for 34 years)

I worked with Brady and Trent to purchase my first home, and I couldn’t be happier with their care and attention every step of the way. With it being my first home purchase, I was in need of a great deal of guidance along the way, and they were always quick to answer any questions I had or to address any concerns. Everything on their end was handled with professionalism and timeliness. I never once had to worry about if we were falling behind the 8 ball. They made things so much easier for me to understand, and our interactions were always pleasant even throughout what can be a stressful process. They made themselves available whenever I needed them, and I am very grateful for everything they were able to do for me. I truly hope to be able to work with Brady and Trent again in the future, they have set the bar high enough that I don’t expect there are many others who would be able to match their standard of service.
