We are in our 70’s and over 50 plus years of buying and selling 8 homes, Silvia is the best agent by far! She was the most professional and helpful that we have dealt with. she went over and beyond in her efforts to help us, surpassing our expectations! We HIGHLY Recommend Silvia for your home buying and selling needs. Thank you, Silvia!

Silvia and her team are amazing! They helped us navigate purchasing a home from thousands of miles away. They advocated for our needs and gave us the information needed to make informed decisions throughout the purchasing process. We highly recommend Silvia and her team if you are looking to buy o home.

I met Silvia through her husband Andrew, who is an excellent tax man and great certified mortgage lender. Silvia was the key in helping me and my two sons to find our Condo that we purchased using my VA home loan. Being a first time home buyer I am greatly appreciated of all the knowledge I gained from her in the home buying experience. For all your Realtor or mortgage lender needs I highly recommend Silvia and Andrew Templeman-Gonzalez for professional help! Mahalo Silvia

So glad my husband and I found Silvia to represent us as we were searching for our dream home in paradise. Silvia went above and beyond what we expected of a real estate agent. She truly had our best interests during the entire process and made everything as easy as possible for us.
