Barbara and Heather stuck with me for months while I was looking for a condo. I lived out of state so it was even more challenging. They found me the perfect condo near my family. They are so patient and personable. I highly recommend this team.

Hi Barbara, My most heartful thanks for the great job you accomplished for the sale of my condo! It was a great pleasure to cooperate with such a highly professional, experienced and also very kind person. Everything, starting with the first meeting up to the sale, went like a charm, as I've got very good advice and everything, but really everything, has been well taken care of in detail, and that was very reassuring. I not only sold my condo but enjoyed an amazing, unique and unforgettable experience: schedule, staging, advertising, presentations, leaflets, ... everything was so well thought and performed! I will strongly recommend Radke Agency & Associates to anyone who wants to sell or to buy a property. Once again, thank you, Barbara and your supporting team, and I wish you success in your business in the future. Warm regards, Lolita P-K, Pasadena, CA

Barbara and her team are amazing! She was dedicated, reliable and available whenever we needed. She provided us updates and advice through the whole selling process. The HOA in my community gave us challenges selling our place, and Barbara was patient and always there strategizing for the next step.

We found Barbara and her team were exceptional in real estate transaction knowledge/support and highly professional. My parents have used her for a couple homes sales and this go around it was my home sale. She created high quality marketing materials and her strategy was specific to my home.

Barbara is AMAZING! We've used her for all of our rentals, to find the very best tenants, and she delivers. We will continue to use her for all our real estate needs in the future.

Heather Case and Barbra Radke are both exceptional to work with. Throughout the home purchase process, they consistently went above and beyond expectations. They were highly responsive, knowledgeable, and proactive at every step, making the experience smooth.

Barbara, Heather and the entire team were professional and helpful throughout the sales process. They kept us informed and clearly communicated and shared information transparently. We highly recommend this team if you are looking to sell your home in SoCal. Annette & Michael S.

I first contacted Barbara about 10 years ago when one of her listing sold for full asking price within one week of being listed. Was about three months ago when we finally decided to sell our house and downsize from a two story to one story. Barbara had suggested, if we want to maximize the price we receive on our home that we move out. It was a financial hardship, but we listen to Barbara and our house sold within one week of being listed and close to full asking. We would highly recommend Barbara to any prospective Home seller, however, it’s imperative that you listen to what she says. Mel & Vivian Kaye

We bought our first house with them. Our agent was amazing and made herself available at the drop of a hat. To this day they still send us lil cards and treats. Highly recommend, easy to work with, knowledgeable people!
