Annie Foust was amazing!!! We bought our first home in 2020 and she knew I was concerned by the process of buying a home. She took the time to help me understand things clearly to put me at ease but was honest and straightforward. Then in 2022, we decided to grow to a larger property and we wouldn’t have chosen anyone else to work with to sell and buy. The new home was in a very competitive situation that required Annie to get creative. She brought some very interesting strategies that made the dream a reality! It went flawless and we love our home! We have enjoyed working her and wouldn’t have it any other way! Since our first conversation, it’s been a joyful experience and we trust her to have our best interest in mind. There will be a day that we will move again and she will be our first call for sure! Annie Foust has exceeded our expectations on all levels! Thank You Annie!!!
Annie Foust is an amazing realtor and an even better person! She was more than helpful when I bought my very first home. She truly cared about what I wanted in a home and helped educate me on how the whole process of buying a home worked. Annie is more than a realtor she is a friend to me now and still to this day she is helpful with any questions I may have. If you’re looking to buy your first home or even your third home she is the person you want to work with!
Annie was very professional and took us to look at several properties. When we made the decision to purchase our next home she made it all go smooth and seamless!!
Annie was the consummate professional, organized, informative, knowledgeable, she was honest and patient during the process. Plus she sold my home at my asking price and negotiated some difficult hurdles on the way. Do yourself a favor and use Annie Foust before someone else does.
Annie Foust has been the most amazing realtor to work with. We were placed with her by chance via Zillow, and when I tell you things happen for a reason-this is one of those times! She was definitely put into our lives for a reason! She made the process not only smooth, but enjoyable as my husband were first time home buyers back in 2020, and made herself available 24/7 for any all questions we had-and we had many. She even spent her 4th of July with us as we viewed our first home. In 2022, we decided to sell our house move out to the country, and Annie assisted us with selling our first home and buying our new one! First time home sellers and first time country residents, she helped guide us and educate us through so much. She has always made sure we have had exactly what we need, when we need it, and goes above and beyond for her clients in every way imaginable. Annie is a realtor who truly cares and has her clients best Interests at heart. I’m so, so happy we have been lucky enough to get work with her as much as we have. She has definitely become part of the family!
I was having a rough go in life and I was in a position that I needed to sell my house and start over. Rhiannon was unbelievable as realtor and also quickly became a friend. She helped me with so many things and her heart for my situation was enormous. She not only helped me with the sell of my house but she also helped me with finding a forever home. She is so very supportive and went out of her way for me in many occasions. In my opinion she is the best realtor I could have had. Not only that, she was perfectly placed in that particular time of my life by God and I am forever grateful to her. Thank you for being you and all you do.
A huge thank you to Annie Foust! We didn’t know if it was going to be possible to sell our house in the timeframe we needed due to an upcoming job transfer because our house needed some work and we had zero success with a previous Realtor. Not only did Annie Foust sell our house quickly, we got the price we needed and the process couldn’t have been any smoother. She went out of her way & beyond!
