There are not enough good things to be said about Todd and his team. From our initial inquiry for services to today helping rent our previous home, Todd and his team went above and beyond to ensure we felt comfortable, informed and supported. We never felt pressured at any point in the process. Todd took our lead, added his expertise and we got our forever home! If you are looking for a realtor with a full team, I cannot recommend Todd enough.
Todd Shissler and Preston Satchell have been helpful and competent every step of the way on our path to purchasing our home. They are good at listening to your concerns and priorities, and they do not apply any pressure whatsoever. At the same time, they have your back when it comes down to negotiating terms and making sure that your interests are fully represented. There were a few uncommon road blocks on our way, and Todd and Preston put in a serious amount of work to make sure that no negative outcome would ever come our way. Now that everything is finalized and we are in our new home, we look back fondly on our experience and wholeheartedly recommend this team to anyone in -- or about to enter -- the market.
The Shissler team provided a seamless and passionate journey from the 1st interview to the closing. They promised a lot and they delivered. The showings were on time and blocked, the staging advice was spot on and the deal we secured was the best in the market. I highly recommend interviewing this team because they really understand how leverage all the insider techniques to put the property in front of the most motivated buyers and thus the most money for the seller... Then they found me my dream.. but that's a story for another time !!
