We have loved working with Edie over the years, beginning with the purchase of our first home in Westchester in 2017. Edie was an amazing partner in the sale of my home. Of course she was great at the core responsibilities - assessing the market, helping me get my home ready for sale, pricing my home, negotiating the final sale price. But she was also incredibly supportive in so many small ways, making a difficult process so much easier to handle. I could not have done it without her.

I had a terrific experience with Edie. She clearly has her "finger on the pulse" of market activity in Orienta, and her track record selling houses there seems to be unrivaled. Before listing, Edie provided a lot of good market "color" and data to back up her views. Once the house was listed, she provided continual, helpful updates on activities, and gave very sound, commercial advice when it was decision time, taking into account changing market conditions. Edie was very also responsive at all hours of every day. I would strongly recommend Edie to others.

Working with you in this big decision was quite possibly the best decision we made. We are so glad we met you and had your guidance and mentorship in this often stressful and emotional process. As far as we’re concerned, Edie Roth deserves an eleven out of ten rating, 6 stars out of 5, etc., etc. etc. She truly knows the real estate business and was a superb advocate in representing us in the sale of our home of 30 years within days of the initial listing and it sold above listing price. Because of varying circumstances, she represented us in selling the house three times as the initial two prospective buyers dropped out , but that didn’t reduce her efforts in helping us reach our goal of a quick, easy sale at a very acceptable price. If you choose Edie to help you with your sale you certainly will not go wrong, and you will be much more than satisfied with her attitude, talent and expertise.
