Tony was referred to use by mutual friends and they gave a us an unconditional recommendation. We were not disappointed. Tony teamed with LeeAnn and they provided exceptional service from our introduction call until they turned over the keys to us after the closing. They answered every question that we had and asked questions that we hadn't considered. We've even gotten some great restaurant recommendations after the move to Renton!

Tony was fantastic and worked with me every step of the way. I was a first-time home buyer and felt far out of my depth. Thankfully Tony and LeAnn are experts in navigating deep waters and explained things whenever I was confused. Tony was quick to respond to texts and email, visit places I was interested in, and went above and beyond in all matters even after I had purchased the property. I can't thank them him enough.

Tony and LeeAnn Guidotti are a fantastic real estate team and we couldn't have asked for a better team to help us sell our house. They worked with us for more than a year before we sold our house giving us guidance on what was important to selling the house. They helped us find contractors and vendor to do necessary work for preparing the house for market and helped us through the ups and downs of the market in 2022 and got us to a final successful sale on a unique property sell. The are always good to their work, honest, pragmatic and incredible knowledgeable and a joy to work with. I would recommend to anyone. They are an extraordinary team and we really enjoyed working with them.

Tony and Leann were awesome. They were sensitive to our concerns when selling our house and gave us several options and helped us understand the pros and cons of each option. They guided us through a process we did not understand and they helped us stay the course when things got messy. Ultimately, everything worked out very favorably for us. We are truly grateful.

Tony and LeeAnn could not have been better! They helped us purchase our first home, and they were able to guide us through the entire process. They were always easy to reach whenever we had questions. Their relationships also helped us speed up our closing timeline to get us into our new home as fast as possible. We were extremely happy with our experience and would recommend them to anyone!

My wife and I got to know Tony and LeeAnn Guidotti from the real estate market information sheets they have been sending out to our neighborhood in the past years. We could not be happier with the professionalism, knowledge and skill that Tony and LeeAnn demonstrated throughout the process in selling our home. Whether you are looking for or selling a house, Tony and LeeAnn are the realtors to choose!
