Toni has patiently worked with us for about 2 years and her patience, knowledge of the market, relationships and perspectives make her one of the best real estate professionals we have ever worked with. She is candid and encourages us to see perspectives we didn't appreciate but never pushed us towards any opportunity. She guided and held our hand through the negotiation process and patiently answered many questions we had. Toni consistently went above and beyond to scout for homes and giving us her honest feedback, which was so valuable when we felt fatigued or overwhelmed by what was appearing on the market. She has become more than just a real estate agent but also a friend. We can't recommend Toni enough!
Toni is the best realtor of all times. She is able to balance professionalism with empathy and encouragement. She went out of her way to do things we should have done ourselves but had moved away. Her advice was impeccable and when we needed other professionals to help us out she had excellent caring people on her contact list. The ultimate test was that Toni sold our home quickly in a challenging market and pulled off a win-win situation for both us as seller and the buyers
Toni is a wonderful agent and delivers great service and results. She expertly guided us through the process of both buying and selling a home. She is an excellent communicator, highly responsive and gives thoughtful advice in tricky situations. She also has a wealth of knowledge about the market, what to do to get the most value from the transaction, and even a list of reliable vendors for cleaning, staging, etc. We have worked with Toni on three transactions and couldn't be happier!
Toni was absolutely amazing to work with! At all times I felt confident in her knowledge and insight. I truly felt like her number one priority was getting us into a home that made us happy. I so appreciated her quick communication no matter the time of day. I was told to be prepared to not get the home you want the first few times but she got us into our new home on the first try!
