Tamara helped us with the purchase of a new home and sale of our existing home. Tamara was patient with our ever-changing priorities and soon was dialed in on exactly what we wanted so we didn't visit homes she knew we we wouldn't like. She was really fun to work with and made the process as seamless as possible.

Tamera helped us buy a new home and sell our home of 30 years. She is FANTASTIC! Working with her was like working with a friend who has a tremendous amount of experience in buying and selling real estate. She is smart and super easy to work with. NO PRESSURE which we really appreciated. She was able to negotiate a great price for our home.

Tamara helped us with the sale of our first home. I've been meaning to write this review for a while, because she did a wonderful job. Tamara has a great, easy going attitude, and felt like a friend through the process. I appreciate how much she took care of on our behalf to make the process as seamless as possible. She came highly recommended by multiple friends of mine, and we'll definitely be using her in the future.

Tamara Dean is the best real estate agent I have ever worked with. She is ultra responsive to our every need and always goes far above and beyond what is industry standard. Plus, she is great to spend time with, so looking for a house is more fun than it would be otherwise. We have bought and sold several homes with Tamara and the experience has been consistently great and we will always work with her for our real estate needs.

We both bought and sold our home in Bothell with Tamara. I cannot recommend her enough. She made the process smooth both times. We were new to Seattle and she helped us navigate the ever crazy market as buyers. As sellers, she was thorough and helped us get the most value out of our home. From pricing our home appropriately, to assisting with partially staging, providing numerous service referrals and watching our small kids while we pack the house. Not only is Tamara a hands down pro, she is thoughtful, personable, and so so kind. I'm grateful she was our agent and is now a friend.

How many homes have I bought and sold with Tamara Dean? All of them! Real estate is an important part of my portfolio and I can't imagine making a move without her. First, she listens. Then she advises...whether you want to hear it or not, she gives it to you straight... based on nearly a quarter Century (sorry Tamara!) of experience. Her advice is solid and fact based - you can take what she says to the bank, and I do. She handles everything - from the smallest hiccup to a potential deal-breakers... she knows what to do, who to contact and what to say. Tamara is the consummate professional - she's also warm, friendly, honorable, ethical and one of the hardest working people I know. Weekdays, weekends, early morning and late night - if you need her, she's available. Tamara - Thanks for another great sale and purchase... you did it again!

Tamara is absolutely the best possible agent we could have ever been blessed to work with. We were incredibly lucky to match with her randomly through Zillow over a year ago and even in the ultra-early stages of our home search, she was super responsive and respectful. She understood our timeline and didn't push us at all. Being a young homebuyer, she treated us with the utmost respect and didn't treat us a "unable to buy a home" or "too young to be looking at XYZ" like we unfortunately have dealt with in the past. She took us seriously and helped us in any way she could. A year later, we were ready to get serious about buying our first home. Tamara has tons of great knowledge for this area so we knew we had someone we could trust looking out for us in homes we looked at. We found the perfect first home for us and she coached us throughout the entire process. We were always confident she had our back. Tamara is a great communicator and always make herself available. She really made it feel like we were her only client. Tamara will be our forever agent in this area, and anyone else lucky enough to work with her will feel the same :)

Tamara Dean was our real estate agent for the condo we purchased in Seattle. We had a great experience! Her knowledge as a Seattle native about the city and housing trends of different areas was a huge help to as as recent transplants from Philadelphia. She quickly understood what we were looking for and only took us to visit these condos. She is fun to be with, very punctual and will not push you to buy a place you have doubts about. Tamara gave us very valuable advises about remodeling and redesigning our new place, suggesting good contractors and also the places to shop for furniture. Would choose her again!

Responsive, experienced, easy-going, and practical. Overall excellent first-time home-buying experience. Would contact again for selling and buying a home in the future.
