Shannon Kieran is very kind & nice, & good natured to work with. She helped ease my stress about buying a house in the city, which I had a lot of, she pointed out things in the houses we saw I didn’t notice, always checked everything to make sure it worked, explained things when I asked questions so I could understand it, had tools in her car when we needed something and was just a pleasure to do business with.
