I was very pleased and surprised to find that Tracy (and her partner Chrissie) was very easy to speak to and deal with, but she was very strong in working on my behalf. I always felt that Tracy and Chrissie were working hard towards my best interests, and not just going through the motions for a commission. They gave advice and direction where it was needed, but made it clear when a decision was up to me.
