Job well done

I have known Bill for many years at Carefree Resort. He is always very personable & friendly. Bill is very knowlegable, not only about his job as a realtor, but also as a long time owner at Carefree, which is an added bonus. With all his experience, Bill is very thorough in his paperwork and has excellent communication skills. He pays attention to those small important details. Bill takes care of all your worries & concerns about selling your property.

Bill has been Great

Second time working with Bill, he was great !

We had the pleasure to meet Bill when we were purchasing a property at Carefree resort. Bill was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and engaging.

This is the third transaction we have had with Bill. Very professional and very knowledgeable.

Greatly appreciate the timely response and working around our busy schedules and highlighting the benefits and draw backs of the property. Stayed very neutral being both the representative for seller and buyer

Thank you for all your help Bill! We look forward to spending our summer at Carefree and seeing you around there. Can’t wait to take possession 😀
