We emailed Rosie a list of ten items we desired in a home to purchase in the Prescott area. Within a half hour, she called to tell us about a home (that we had not seen on any of the online search engines)!! We were excited! When we made the trip to Prescott, Rosie took the time to show us Goldwater Lake and other areas that were very green and reminded us of our Pennsylvania roots. She drove us around and showed us other areas including stopping at the base of Thumb Butte. We did not feel like she was pressed for time. Rosie was also our buying agent in 2019 for this condo so I couldn’t think of anybody better as my selling agent. Just working and knowing her is a joy. She is very detailed and thorough. When we were buying she listened to everything I wanted and didn’t waste my time looking at condos that weren’t suitable…..as a seller’s agent she did such a wonderful job of presenting my place to buyers.
