If I could only use one word it would be a toss up between Excellent and Fantastic. Thru the whole process, which only lasted 30 days, Rebecca demonstrated the kind of passion I expected. What was a wonderful surprise was the attention to detail that had only my best interest at heart. She not only helped walk me thru the process but with her years of experience she helped me with the questions that I did not even know to ask. There was a point where I was willing to take a short cut and she insisted that we not do it that way. In hindsight I am so grateful that she prevailed. As stated above it was a very quick process and another very pleasant experience has been her continued concern again for my best interest. The transaction is complete and everyone presumably has been paid. I live 3 hours away and she has already taken a few trips back to the property to do things for me. Furthermore, she has committed to continue to assist as we carryon with the move in process. If there is a better person to handle ones real estate transaction needs, I would hate to be the one that had to go find that person because quite frankly, I don't think such a person exists. If I every buy or sell property on the SC coast again, she will be the agent to represent me, assuming she is still in the business.

Rebecca was a delight to work with. She was quick to respond and on top of all the details of the sale of our property. When an inspection revealed issues needing to be addressed, she quickly arranged appointments and quotes without even being asked.
