Paul is a class act. Especially being off-island, trust is hard to come by when it comes to real estate. There are agents who you can tell are “in a rush” or have a snarky attitude or may not consider you to be a priority. I have to admit that I was self-motivated - constantly looking up properties and reaching out to Paul. I’m a big believer that the best ability is availability and Paul made himself available. After working with Paul, you could tell he is a man of character and wants to do right by his clients. He was such a pleasure to work with and answered questions within the next day. We virtually toured many properties and it was such a breeze. He did his homework before we FaceTimed and assessed the quality and conditions of the grounds and unit itself.
