As an out of town buyer, purchasing sight unseen, the challenges were obvious and having Lisa constatly available by text or phone made everything seamless and above all - a pleasant and successful experience. Lisa was helpful and very responsive throughout the process. Every time I had questions or felt like I needed additional information, she was helpful and reassuring. The process went pretty quickly and definitely was smooth from start to finish.
Commitment, she was there for us through the whole process. When we backed out of the first house, she went over the negative of all of it, but never any push back. She found us great inspectors to work with. She happily explained everything along the way, never negative about anything with the issues with the new house and the sellers, just helped us work through it.
