Since March of this year, there have been hundreds of details my brother, sister, and I had to figure out and implement, some of them seemingly impossible, as we navigated my mom’s hospitalization in Washington, her move to a skilled nursing facility for rehab, her transport to Arizona, and eventually her death. It was such a relief that selling the home our parents loved so much, with everything that entailed, was one less thing we needed to worry about. Kay was kind, compassionate, and quick to respond. She went above and beyond and treated us like family. This was even more important because our relationship was long distance. We trusted her 100%. Nothing phased her. When she found our dad's cremains that we'd been unable to find, she cheerfully took them to the post office, packed them up, and mailed them. She always provided exactly what we needed when we needed it. She is everything that's good about the real estate profession, wrapped up in one amazing person.
