Jeremey & Cassie went above and beyond in helping us find our home. Prior to our first outing, Cassie visited every home on our tour to ensure we weren't going to waste our time with a catfish. When we found the house we wanted, Cassie & Jeremy drove the entire process & fought hard for our interests so we could get what we wanted out of a new construction- no simple feat! During the home inspection our inspector commented multiple times on Jeremy's expertise from his past life as a builder. His ability to identify problem areas + point out upgrades during and after the build really helped boost our confidence in our purchase decision. After the sale, Cassie went out of her way to get the builder to follow through on some touchups. She even recommended & arranged for a cleaner to take are of our rental when we moved into the new house. All that + safe fully navigating our homebuying experience through Covid- The next time we buy, I know exactly who I'm calling first.
