Chris did a great job helping us sell our mom’s condo. We had a difficult situation and he helped us navigate through it. Was always there when we called or emailed and answered all our questions. Chris was FANTASTIC when my spouse and I purchased a home in Kitsap this year. We had talked for several months before we were ready to move forward with buying; and in the meantime he set us up with property search emails that matched what we were looking for. It never felt like he was pressuring us into anything. He was flexible with our schedule, always replied consistently and quickly, and is very knowledgeable about Kitsap county as he is local to the area. We were out of state for nearly the entire process but Chris made it very easy to do everything remotely. We had a complicated transaction with a contingency offer and Chris was able to help us navigate that every step of the way. He helped us purchase a home with everything we were looking for, for a great price, and in a prime location and neighborhood. Out of every real estate agent I have ever worked with, this has been by far the most pleasant experience. Would highly recommend.
Summer 2025 update: sold a rental property and of course had to work with the great Chris Keough, awesome person highly recommend looking forward to future million dollar properties together. Purchased a home early March 2022 with Chris. He is an excellent realtor straight with the facts that you need to close on properties. Very efficient and solid communication. Also provided extra care and attention that went above and beyond his job. I look forward to the next home purchase with him.
