Alicia has been our agent through buying two homes and selling one, over the past seven years. Alicia helped me every step of the way when I sold my first home. You have to trust your realtor a lot to buy a house during a global pandemic without ever seeing it...So we must trust Alicia a lot, and she deserves it! Alicia was incredible at helping us find our new home while we were living in another state and couldn't come visit Seattle due to a lock down. She steered us away from places that we loved the look of online because she knew they wouldn't be a fit, and when we finally found the perfect home she pounced and got us a deal under list price, which is essentially never heard of in Seattle. Alicia recently helped us buy a townhouse in west Seattle. Out of 6 units, we were the only home that didn't have an escalation due to Alicia's quick response rate. Alicia dropped everything to show us the townhouse when we saw the listing. She coordinated the inspection and lender. We have purchased three homes and this experience was unusually pain free. Can't say enough great things about Alicia. We have already joked that she needs to put us in her calendar in 5 years when we look for a bigger place.
