WOW, what can I say. Akiva is one of THE best RE Agents I have EVER worked with! From day ONE he has been friendly, knowledgeable, BEYOND helpful, and always kind in this exhaustive search for our next home! I did not have a specific city/area I was looking for, and Akiva was always happy to get me into any of the listings/cities I was interested in (while clueing me into those areas I should avoid), within quite a large catchment area, sometimes within the hour! He was often a Miracle Worker! My senior fur baby and I recently moved to the area with very few contacts here. Akiva respectfully guided me through this entire process, helping me to find resources for almost every step along the way. He was honestly instrumental in helping me obtain financing when it looked as if that was not going to be possible. I cannot say enough about him. I can say that I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone and everyone, literally! I have already given his name to some co-workers and will continue to do so.
