Very attentive from initial inquiry to closing. Understood the market in depth and positioned the house perfectly.

Kristin Namec was a pleasure to work with to find the perfect first home for our family! Kristin’s years of experience and extensive knowledge of the area and market helped guide us from the beginning. We would recommend Kristin to anyone looking to find their next home in Darien!

Kristin was excellent, could not have had a better experience

Kristen, and of course Bruce, are excellent and always go the extra mile. They are the best real estate professionals we have ever worked with.

Kristin was fantastic. She got what we were looking for very quickly and found the perfect house immediately.

Kristin Nemec performed exceptionally on the sale of our existing home and the purchase of our new home. Her instincts and guidance were instrumental in arriving at a great outcome for our family. We feel very fortunate to have met Kristin years ago and are thankful for everything she has done for us.

Kristin Nemec is an absolute star. She worked closely with us to prepare and sell our home in Rowayton, which then proceeded to sell for more than 10% over asking in just 4 days. She made the closing process smooth and efficient for us, making sure any issues were quickly and effectively mitigated. She also helped us buy our next house, getting us in to see several properties as soon as they hit the market, and then guiding us on how to make formidable offers that also protected us from paying too much. We ultimately found the perfect house, which was an estate sale with an aggressive closing timeline. Kristin helped us get a winning bid at a fair price and got all the resources we needed in line to successfully close on the property within the sellers' desired timeframe. Kristin is a pleasure to work with, and a dedicated doer who gets results for her clients. She made our housing goals possible and we are tremendously grateful for all her assistance.

Kristin’s advice was 100% spot-on to achieve all of our objectives. She has great contacts and relationships in the industry and operates with high integrity. I will be strongly recommending her to friends.
