We couldn't have had a better agent than Tom. This is the first time that we bought a house in nearly 40 years. With that house we didn't have an agent but in this day and age I can't imagine not having someone to help you steer through all the potential pitfalls.

Tom seemed to always be available. Whether it was for a showing or for questions on the phone. Since the last time we purchased a house was nearly 40 years ago and it was without a realtor I had no idea how much work is done by a realtor. Clearly, it is a lot if you gage it by the work Tom did for us.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. From the first interaction to final closing, Tom was there answering our questions whenever we had them. Not only that, he always took the time to make sure that we understood everything. He broke complicated concepts down into ways that folks who do not handle real estate could understand. Every person I meet who says they are looking to buy a house will be getting one of Tom's business cards from me. I truly could not have been happier with our experience or our realtor. Tom is the BEST.

Tom did a spectacular job for me. We viewed multiple properties without me purchasing. In introspect, the best possible income potential for me was foremost in Tom's mind. The property that I did purchase was viewed a couple times by me with Tom generously giving his time without being pushy at any time. He did an excellent job.

I can’t say enough good things about Tom Venable. He was with us from the beginning of our journey and helped us both sell our house & purchase another one. We had absolute certainty that Tom was looking out for our best interest through the whole process no matter how long it took to find the property for our family. I highly recommend working with Tom.
