As people who have owned and beautifully and creatively refurbished many of their own properties, they offer a wealth of information and ideas for how to best repair and update a place as well as have many great people to recommend for those projects we don’t want to tackle ourselves. A gold mine bonus to boot! They also partner together incredibly well as a couple. They not only love each other really well, they genuinely like and respect each other and the gifts each brings to the table making them even more of a delight to work with as a team. No uncomfortable tensions or eggshells here! We’ve known them for several years now, even before they started in real estate, and they have been consistently wonderful people— no airs, genuine, caring, helpful above and beyond, resourceful, gracious when working under hard timelines, honest and trustworthy to the bone. In fact, they are great family people who have raised four amazing, responsible and trustworthy sons as well who dearly love and respect them and each other! (We know firsthand as one of them married our daughter!). They have lived their values consistently and well and won’t compromise in order to make a buck.
