The For Sale sign was to be placed in our yard that day. Our agent came by to touch base and let us know next steps. The emotions of what all that meant overcame us. For the next 30 minutes, he sat with us in our tears, listened, and encouraged. With his guidance, we decided to hold off for a time. That time turned in to 18 years. We are so grateful he valued us as people above the transaction. He inspired me! That is my desire as a real estate agent – to value people and to help them be where they are supposed to be. “Life is about relationships; People matter” – Real Estate is about getting it right, absolutely. And it is also about people. Buying and/or selling a home can be an emotional process due to the financial commitment and the memories involved. When I am invited to join in, I want to make sure my clients know I have their best interest in mind, that they feel listened to, cared for, and understand I am entering a partnership that goes deeper than just closing the deal. People matter. “Legacies are always being created” – Every day you build on the legacy you will leave to those around you. Your involvement in loved ones through time spent together in your home and the financial investment you share with them will impact their lives far into the future. It is my desire to partner with you in securing your residential real estate desires so you can continue creating your legacy. The other backdrop: I love the Pacific Northwest. Growing up in Kirkland, and then living in Woodinville and Bothell, have provided incredible memories for me. This is a great place to live! Athletics have been part of my life as a player and a coach… soccer rose to the top and has endured. After graduating from the UW Foster School of Business, I worked both in corporate and non-profits before helping people with their homes. My wife and I embrace the joy, the privilege, and the challenge of raising four boys…in hopes that they will make an impact in lives around them…and us not lose our sanity. 😉

Perry understood our unique needs and timing. It was a pleasure to work with Perry from helping us with our rental when we moved to Bothell and then helping us find the home for our family.
