They helped in guiding me through a very challenging foundation repair and managed many of the subcontractors needed to get the house in a sellable condition. They greatly assisted me in all the associated disclosures for all the remodel work and made the buyer package as understandable as possible for a complicated situation. I also very much appreciated their pricing recommendations. They make a great team.
