Although the real estate market is very slow, Vickie remained diligent in pursuit of a buyer for this property. This sale was compromised by an appraisal that was filled with many errors that undervalued the property. Vickie was able to work with the buyer to secure a new appraisal which met the buyer's and seller's approval. Vickie never gave up looking for solutions for the buyer and seller. I would highly recommend her to my friends and family.
