Eric is a fantastic realtor! He has been easy to work with, and always answers our questions and concerns in a timely manner. He has helped us tremendously in our current selling process, as well as in the past.
Eric Cowley is the cream of the crop when it comes to real estate agents. He is diligent, meticulous and finds ingenious solutions for even the most fickle of issues. His quality of work is unsurpassed by an other agent experience I've ever had.
The hardest part of leaving Louisville was without a doubt having to say goodbye to Eric who was such a trusted and reputable agent that he became apart of our family in many ways. We will miss him dearly and wish him all the best, though he won't need it to be a cut above the rest.
Eric is the best, he’s helped us sell and then buy twice now and during all 4 transactions I’ve felt ultra confident even though I know next to nothing about the process. It feels like you have a secret weapon on your side.
