Les takes care of us. We had 3 properties to sell in the last few years and he did an outstanding job! He keeps it simple and hassle free for us as we live out of state. He is a good honest realtor you can put your trust in him and his experience. It was a rental property like the others we had. He worked well with the renter that wanted to buy this particular home.
