A few hours!! That's how long it took to sell the house and for $10,000.00 over the asking price!! All thanks to Susan Koch!! Who wouldn't want those results??!! If you're looking for a hard-working, conscientious realtor then Susan Koch is who you want to call! Thank you Susan!!

I met Susan while looking for a new rental property. Susan was full of wisdom and sound advice as to when I should be looking and always provided a number of options to pre-screen leading up to my trip to Philadelphia. She brought up tons of important questions as to what I was looking for in a place, especially since I had a family to consider. She also pointed out a number of key factors on the day of visiting my top choices which made it easy to decide which one was perfect for us. We landed a place that fit every check box and couldn't be happier with our transition to Philadelphia. Thanks Susan

Susan was professional and very responsive. She sold our home in less than one day! Amazing!! She goes above and beyond what you would expect from a realtor. When it’s time to buy or sell, Susan Koch will be my go to realtor!

I am taking this opportunity to acknowledge the incredible assistance that Susan Koch provided for me regarding the sale of my home located at 96 Bellwood Drive in Langhorne. Her dedication to me and her work enabled me to sell my home quickly as well as meet my date of settlement. She removed numerous items and cleared trash on a weekly basis.  She was there for me every time I traveled from NJ to PA to prepare the home for the buyers. She contacted and meet repairmen at the residence each time they were needed. She was there for me every step of the way and relieved me of the anxieties I was experiencing through the entire process.

I am sure your company is as proud of her as I am. You are fortunate to have her as a member of your team, as I am fortunate to now have her as a friend. Every aspect of her work is more than admirable. I will definitely recommend her to anyone putting his or her home on the market.
