Shane was unbelievably helpful, knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. After bracing ourselves for what we thought would be a very difficult process in looking for our first home, Shane made the entire experience as easy as possible. He met us after hours for multiple showings to help us calibrate what we were looking for. After a home surfaced that checked all the boxes, Shane guided us through the offer process while we were driving through the middle of Pennsylvania. Exactly what he said would happen during the offer process was correct. He understood our budget, risk aversion, and excitement for our eventual home perfectly, and he handled the most difficult part of the process with ease. After negotiating on our behalf to secure a deal that we thought was impossible in today's market, he helped us every step of the way through closing. Nothing caught us by surprise and everything went exactly according to plan. The only downside was that we only got to work with Shane for 3 weeks before finding our home. Thank you, Shane for everything - you made what should be a fun process genuinely fun.
