We had a great experience with Kristi. She made buying our first home so easy and she helped us negotiate a fair offer based on her experience. Kristi explained everything in a way that made sense. I am so glad Kristi was our agent! I would recommend her to anyone looking for enjoyable home to buy.
Kristi was our both our selling and buying agent. I highly recommend her to help you sell or buy your home! Her patience, persistence, dedication and knowledge are unmatched. She truly cares about her clients and seeks what is best for them!
If you are buying or selling a home, you need to consider Kristi on your short list. Everyone has a "friend who does real estate"... You need a highly educated and experienced Realtor to assist you in a business transaction, not a "friend's friend" who could cost you thousands. It's always worth the time to interview 3 agents and keep Kristi in your short list
We love working with Kristi Assiran. For the past 8 years she has been our agent with 5 purchases and 1 sale in real estate. Each transaction had its obstacles. Kristi was able to work through the difficulties with the utmost courtesy and professionalism. We highly recommend her.
Kristi is the best realtor we have dealt with. She is patient, caring and has extensive knowledge of the Main Line and its surrounding areas. Kristi not only listed our house she also helped us find a new one. She worked with us on every aspect of the transactions. I would highly recommend Kristi to any one. Her understanding of the real estate market really helped us with the sale of our house and the buying of our new Main Line home. Thank You Kristi
