Patsy Bryan sold us our first home in Sandcastle Subdivision almost 30 years ago. She has remained a trusted resource for real estate on St. Simons Island since then. Our most recent home sale was handled with the highest degree of professionalism and yet making us feel like part of the family. We highly recommend Patsy for any real estate needs you might have in the Golden Isles area.

Patsy Bryan is awesome to work with. She takes care of lots of details and goes the extra mile to both sell our home ——and buy another. A great professional agent.
Patsy is the most professional realtor that our family has ever used! The entire purchase and sales process was a dream. We will definitely use her for all of our real estate needs in the future!!
Patsy found our ideal property for us early on the first day it was listed.
She gave us great advice in making our offer.
We are very appreciative of her help.
