Chelsea is an absolute rockstar! From the very beginning, she made my family and I feel truly heard and took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for. Throughout the process, she shared invaluable insight into the area and brought a deep knowledge of the market that gave us so much confidence along the way. She was genuinely invested every step of the journey, always available, incredibly patient, and made what ended up being a year-plus process feel exciting and enjoyable throughout. If you’re looking for a mountain home in Summit County, Chelsea is absolutely the person you want by your side.

Working with Chelsea to find the right property in Summit County was awesome. After carefully listening to our wish list, she began to show us properties in target areas and neighborhoods to match our challenging criteria. She was patient and persistent with her showings, but most importantly well informed on specific real estate details that provided us the professional guidance needed for sound decision making. Chelsea made it easy from the search to the showing to the closing, including the negotiation. It was a real pleasure working with her. We recommend her a 100%

Incredibly knowledgeable, professional, kind, and hard-working. This was our first time navigating any of this and Chelsea was beyond helpful. We cannot thank her enough for getting us to this point, she is fantastic.

Chelsea saved my bacon when it came time to sell a parking garage at a local Summit County condo complex. The realtor I had contracted to sell my condo would not handle the garage because their insurance company would not cover the transaction, not real estate, they said. Really. Chelsea dived in, did the research, handled all the paperwork, and coordinated with my buyer as a transaction broker. Throughout, she was professional, timely, and communicative. I would recommend her for your next transaction. Thanks Chelsea!

The purchase of our garage was not the sort of real estate deal we had ever done, but Chelsea used her experience and go-getter attitude to figure it out and help us close. She kept us in the loop with updates and made sure we knew whem closing was finalized. We really appreciate her knowledgeable presence for this purchase!

Chelsea went above and beyond to help me with the process of buying my first home. She was present and available for phone calls, meetings and showings without schedule conflict. She didn’t hesitate to reach out to the builder or anyone else to get problems solved. I was incredibly lucky to have her in my corner for this process.

😊

Chelsea was incredibly patient with me through the buying process. I had wavered back and forth on whether or not it was the right time to buy, but ultimately decided that I was ready to purchase a home in Summit. She knew what I was looking for and was persistent in finding the right place that fit my needs. Over the course of 6 months, Chelsea knew the market very well and was always available to view the properties as soon as they came on the market. We finally found the perfect property that checked all of the boxes I was looking for and I couldn't be happier with my home!
