I Recently had the pleasure of working with Deb Viglas during my home-buying in Naples, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. From start to finish, her expertise, and dedication made the process smooth and stress-free. Deb was very helpful all along the way and went above and beyond what I expected. She provided insights into the neighborhood I was looking to purchase in and also showed me various points of interest in the surrounding area. She promptly answered my calls, emails, and texts, ensuring that I was always informed about what was happening during the process. She also kept on top of managing flow From scheduling home inspections to reviewing contracts, she ensured that nothing slipped through the cracks. The condo I purchased was set to close within 1 month of my accepted offer and Deb was able to get a home inspection company to perform the inspection at a reduced price in the required short timeframe. Post purchase Deb has been helpful in providing information I need and answering questions I have. She helped get me in touch with a handyman for some things I can not take care of on my own. Deb Viglas is an outstanding real estate professional who goes above and beyond for her clients.

WORKS HARD, VERY SMART, EXPERIENCED, AND DOES A GOOD JOB! I WOULD RECOMMEND HER TO ANYONE!

It was perfect beginning find location to closing on selected property. A great realtor who was always prepared and professional. working with my her was fun and easy.

Deb’s work ethic is exemplary! She was the fourth broker we had in a five year effort to sell our apartment in Naples. None of the others came close to her. One was extremely high pressure; another extremely low pressure; and a third told us to drop our price significantly a week after having set the original price! These were frustrating experiences, and nothing like working with Deb. She was tireless in presenting our property to prospects and colleagues. She made sure that her brokerage gave our unit good attention through its advertising. She was warm and friendly to all prospective buyers and stayed on top of the details, and there were a lot of them! There were quite a few complications that she handled professionally. Deb also represented us in purchasing a condo and was extremely helpful during move in. If you’re buying or selling in the Moorings, Park Shore or Pelican Bay in Naples, as far as we’re concerned, Deb is a terrific choice!

Deborah was extremely helpful when I cam to Naples to look at buying a winter home. She knows the area very well and chose homes to show me that fit into my budget. I found Deborah very easy to communicate with anytime I had questions once I returned home and she continually updated regarding new homes that came on the market. I have no problem recommending Deborah to any of my friends who may be looking to buy in Florida. I know she will deal with them very professionally and will not waste their time because she does her homework and will know exactly the type of property that will be of interest to them.

Deb was great throughout the process, going above and beyond normal for a real estate broker(and I should know, as a real estate attorney). She made sure work was completed on the premises, spruced the place up, made sure the photos were perfect, physically cleaned the boatwell from the ravages of red tide, stayed on top of potential purchasers, provided me with sales feedback, and made sure the deal got done. A professional. Highly recommended.

Deborah was very professional and helpful when we purchased a condo in North Naples Fl. She made it a comfortable experience. We will surely recommend her to anyone who we meet looking for a task-oriented agent.

Deborah’s hard work and attention to detail expedited and made this sale go very smoothly. Her above and beyond work ethic was greatly appreciated. Our condo sold in two day at the asking price. Deborah guided us through the sale process. Deborah was there to answer all our questions. Deborah is a pleasure to work with

Deborah was highly recommended by a satisfied client we met while randomly inspecting a condo complex we eventually purchased a unit in. At the time we were wanting a larger place nearer the water but owned a smaller condo away from the water. We purchased a larger unit with the assistance from Deb and we closed within three weeks thanks to her knowledge of what needed to be done. We appreciated the manner in which she saw to the details of our purchase to feel comfortable she would perform equally well with selling our smaller unit. Open house showings were scheduled every Sunday for which she offered to provide staging items for our unit resulting in a much more attractive showing. Nearing the close we were notified of an issue needing to be repaired prior to the HOA allowing the sale to complete. Deborah personally supervised the handyman while he made repairs on a Sunday morning in order to keep our scheduled closing date on track. Deb is the best and my wife and I would recommend her for any real estate transaction.

Debi sold my condo for me while I was in New Jersey. She was very motivated and eager to take the listing. She was always available for my calls and kept me up to date on the activity!! She is a hard worker, knows the area very well and it was a pleasure to do business with her.
