Martha is quite personable. Highly competent and very efficient. Marty kept us very well informed as our purchase moved along.

Things went better than anticipated.

Marty is the best realtor we have ever worked with. She's professional, very helpful and fun!

Marty is extremely professional and courteous. She handled every detail.

Marty was a tremendous support for us as we purchased our home. We were still living in So. Florida and she was there at meetings when we were unable to attend. Marty served as a liaison with the seller's realtor and was quick to ask us questions and answer our questions confirming that the house we were looking at was what we really wanted. We enjoyed our interaction with Marty and would certainly recommend her to prospective house hunters.

Marty worked hard to make sure our sale went thru. Her help was very much appreciated. She will get your property sold!

Marty was helpful throughout the listing process and closing. She always looked at the positive aspects of my property and was genuinely happy when I sent her updates while preparing the house for sale. I got updates regularly during the showings and ended up with an offer quickly, partially due to the well-written listing and listing photos she organized and coordinated. Through the closing process and post-sale, Marty made me feel like family and offered support beyond her position as the listing agent. Thank you for all you do!

She was very nice and easy to work with. She went above and beyond what a Realestate agent usually does. Being in our nineties we needed help packing things and she packed up a lot of our stuff. She staged our condo very nicely and even went out and bought a comforter for our bed to finish the room off. Thank you Marty we love you Bill and Bernice
