Janet Cobb is a licensed real estate professional with Bellator Real Estate & Development. She has over 25 years of property management experience under her belt and has spent the last 11 years overseeing the largest condo community in New Orleans. These experiences have refined her negotiation skills, creative multi-tasking and problem-solving strategies and the ability to think on her feet. It was here that Janet decided to expand her experiences and dive into the real estate game full time. Janet is licensed in both Louisiana and Alabama. Janet is originally from Lafayette, LA and lived in New Orleans for 32 years. She is an alumna of the University of Southwestern Louisiana. After her high school sweetheart and husband of 30 plus years retired, they both realized their dream by moving to the Gulf Coast. She now wants to help others find their Gulf Coast paradise, just like she and her husband did. When Janet isnâ??t supporting her clients in finding their dreams, she can be found spoiling her grandbaby and two dogs, playing on the beach, or boating on the water. The outdoors is her happy place, and she finds great joy in helping her clients find their happy place.
