I provide MarTech Support in the Professional Development Department. As part of my role, I work closely with our vendors and the MTS team to provide timely and effective support to our agents, enabling them to focus on growing their business. My key responsibilities include finding quick resolutions to issues, maintaining our tools and platforms, and providing training and guidance to agents on how to maximize their business and marketing plans. Through collaboration with our team and external partners, our goal is to empower agents with the resources they need to succeed.
