As a first time home buyer, purchasing a home is an overwhelming and stressful process when you are novice to the market and don't know where to start and what to expect along the way. I am happy to say my first time home buying experience was far from that! Susana was amazing throughout the process. Susana was patient with me and took the time to understand what I was looking for in a home. She was also knowledgeable about the area I wanted live in and the logistics of the market. I appreciated that she was realistic with what I could afford and the real value of the properties I saw. When we had any changes to our preferences when looking for houses, they promptly made changes and helped us find houses that fit our needs (location, budget, etc.). They were always thorough with information about houses when we were going to different properties and told us everything we needed to know.
