Selecting Sultan Haider as our broker was a tough choice as at the time we were involved with couple of other brokers but Sultan's genuinity, professionalism, dedication, commitment, sincerety, authenticity, maturity, knowledge and experience made us go with him. And I am honoured to say that it was the best choice hands down. In fact he was the best part of this whole tedious process of buying and selling. He lived up to each and every thing he promised and even more. He went extra mile and above and beyond. He really knows how to balance professional relationship from personal relationship. His negotiation skills are exceptional, the way he is a quick thinker and knows when and what to say and act fast is some thing worth experiencing. He works incredibly well and keeps completely calm and collected during stressful and under pressure situations. Sultan is a kind of broker who will be worried about your transactions more than you and will be there to remind you and guide you every step of the way - he did just that with us. His intentions were always positive and treated our entire transaction of buying and selling as his own. I wish to say a lot more here but quite frankly words fall short to express our gratitude towards Sultan. We were blessed to have been connected with him. Sultan really knows how to build long term relationships with his clients and we are proudly one of them. All i can say is Sultan is definitely one of a kind and one of the best find in the market. Thank you thank you Sultan for making this experience seamless though it was tedious naturally but you made it all worthwhile.

The overall sales experience has been excellent, to say the least. I was a first-time homebuyer with very little experience and knowledge in real estate. Sultan has been instrumental in getting me up to speed on the real estate market and has simplified the process for me to the point where I felt like it was smooth sailing. Sultan applied no pressure and was incredibly patient with my million and one questions. Before I met Sultan, I was initially overwhelmed and was very hesitant due to my lack of knowledge. Sultan made sure that I knew what I was getting into and made recommendations based on his expertise. His ability to work well with me and adapt to my changing needs made this process seamless. Most importantly, I have learned a lot with Sultan and to the point where I am confident enough to face the real estate market again if needed. I will be reaching out for more business and will recommend family and friends.

Working with Sultan on buying our first home in Canada was the best decision we took. We are new to the country and Sultan understood our needs and guided us every step of the way. His follow up and guidance dint end at the deal closure, we continues to keep us informed while we settle into our new home. We have and will continue to 100% recommend Sultan to all our friends and family.

Sultan is very experienced real estate professional; he has in depth knowledge of the GTA market. He discussed in detail and took a 360 view of all our needs and requirements before start showing properties. He is dedicated, responsive, and always accessible. He always has his own unique opinion, always came prepared on showings, and provides the right guidance on each and every step of sale and purchase. He makes special connection with his clients and become a family friend in such a short time. I would definitely recommend friends and family to work with him.

I'm a young millenial homeowner who was looking to sell for the first time and I am so glad that I chose Sultan. I know nothing of real estate but Sultan made the whole process extremely easy and smooth for me! And the best part is, he sold my home in 2 days over asking price! Yes you read that right, I was shocked!! His dedication to his work and clients show. Sultan should be named realtor of the year. I cannot recommend him enough and he will be my go-to realtor from now on! 5 STARS!

Sultan is a thorough professional and an expert in real estate. We were first time home buyers and we had alot of questions, but within our first meeting we knew Sultan was the right realtor for us. Infact he is the realtor we recommend to everyone and the only one we will work with in the future. He was patient, thorough in his research and always took the time to understand our needs. We bought a house that met all our needs and at the price we wanted. Sultan was with us through every step of the process, he made an otherwise challenging process into an experience we cherish. I highly recommend Sultan Haider! He is a great professional and an amazing person.
