Sarah and Angie were instrumental in helping us purchase our first home. From helping us distill what we were looking for (and rolling with the punches when we changed our minds), to assisting with what was next in the process and what documents we would need to start working on, having Sarah and Angie in our corner made our first home purchase so much easier than it would've been without them. Thank you Sarah and Angie!!!

Sarah and Angie explain everything in detail and work diligently for their clients. I would have no hesitation in recomending them. They go the extra mile to make sure everything goes as smoothly as possible. Thank you Angie and Sarah, you guys are wonderful.

Sarah is a very friendly and professional realtor. During a soft market Sarah worked with me to find the best solution to sell my condo. I would highly recommend Sarah to anyone looking to sell.

Sarah Michel was the best. She responded to my questions immediately and helped out wherever she could. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who needs a realtor.

I would highly recommend Sarah. She is amazing: patient, super knowledgeable, and walked us through every step so we felt confident. She really went above and beyond to help us find the right home.

Sarah and Angie are amazing! Sarah is the ultimate professional and helped us with all our needs and wants. Together they prepared our home for a quick sale at an excellent price. Sarah’s knowledge and connections with many different businesses allowed us to receive great services for all our moving needs. Recommend them 100%, 10/10.

We have dealt with many real estate agents, but we have never had such a positive experience as we had working with Sarah Michel. It is obvious she and Angie enjoy what they do - they were very hard working and highly motivated to sell our home. Sarah even shoveled our deck! Sarah gave us an honest evaluation of our home and lead us through every step to make the process clear and easy to follow. Angie's creative touch and skill in staging made it easier for potential buyers to see themselves there. Sarah communicated well and was always available, keeping us updated, and answering any question through the entire process. We would highly recommend Sarah Michel to sell your home. G and L

It was a joy to work with Sarah on our sale and purchase of our next home. It was very evident that she knew the market well and came up with innovative solutions for our unique situation. Sarah communicated very well and kept us closely informed throughout the entire process. We highly recommend Sarah for your next real-estate transaction!

Fast and efficient. Very helpful and went above and beyond.

We started working with Sarah three years ago, long before we were ready to buy. At that point, we just wanted to learn — to understand the process and what it would take to one day own a home. From day one, Sarah was patient, encouraging, and completely committed to us. She never made us feel rushed or brushed aside, and she happily showed us homes, answered questions, and helped us build confidence every step of the way. This past fall, when we were finally approved for our first mortgage, it honestly felt surreal — and that feeling only grew from there. Sarah and Angie were incredible at every showing: warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in us. What stood out most was how they painted a vision for each home, helping us see not just what it was, but what it could be. They truly understood us as clients and what mattered to us. Sarah and Angie were quick with paperwork, easy to talk to, endlessly patient with our questions, and so supportive throughout this huge milestone. When we finally landed on a beautiful home — one we still can’t believe we get to call our own — they were so genuinely happy for us. Sarah and Angie were our biggest cheerleaders through it all, and we truly could not have done this without them. They are a wholehearted, dedicated team who believed in us and we are endlessly grateful for both of them. ~ Amanda & Josh
