As first time home buyers, we knew we needed someone we could trust. Someone that could help us navigate the housing market, explain the steps and answer our 1000 questions along the way. He gets into the crawlspaces to video tape the cracks in the Foundation, he drives across the city many days and many weeks in a row to show that "new" house that just popped up that we want to see. He even kept his cool during one of our inspections when the street got shut down by police officers and we were told to shelter in place due to a police incident (a house we did not end up purchasing). He meets with specialists while we were out of town. He negotiates with finesse with our best interest in mind. I would recommend Roddrick to anyone that is looking for a home.
