Loved the entire experience. I was very nervous about buying and selling, didn’t know who or what to trust and Rayna just made it easier for me to understand. She provided a lot of information and built me a strategy. It was so much easier to make a move, I felt very confident with everything I was learning. She’s also a business Professor so you can tell she really educates you throughout the process. I would recommend her to everyone I know. Rayna was exceptional while I was buying by providing the right information and on time showings, but when it came to the sale of my property, I was speechless to see how much she does for her clients to get the best value for their properties. She staged my condo with her own furniture and staging items, went shopping to find suitable staging materials, borrowed from friend as well to get the property photo ready. Definitely her staging effort boosted the marketing of my property significantly. She is actually better at staging than any professional stager from what I have seen and can save you a fortune. Rayna is extremely knowledgeable, passionate about her work, and sincere and caring about her client's need. She helped me close a deal in 3 days as I had to travel for business and I dont think anyone else could have done that. Her willingness to going beyond and above is extra ordinary. She helps her client with her heart and continues to follow up even after a deal is closed. While I was away, she took care of everything from picking up the keys to final walk through. She even went into the unit once I asked to check if the heat was on or not before I was about to return.
