The house was a hard sell because of the location and Ray spent many hours driving and showing the house even going there early to inspect the house and shovel snow when needed . I would recommend Ray to anyone because he is very friendly, fair and honest and will share ideas to help with bettering the house to make it a little more attractive to what average buyers are after and that makes it more saleable .
