Working with Kyla was an outstanding experience. With her combined deep market knowledge and genuine care, she made what could have been an incredibly stressful process feel smooth and manageable. Every question and nudge was answered promptly and clearly, and she always took the time to explain options so we could make confident decisions. Her commitment to supporting us over the past year was unmatched. She knew our timeline and was happy to work with us, on our terms. She was always willing to meet at a house for a viewing, even some very last minute to see if we could secure our dream home. From pricing strategy to negotiations, she went above and beyond and consistently had our best interests in mind. Kyla’s professionalism, responsiveness, and integrity made a huge difference and we truly cannot thank her enough. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell (or both like us!) a home—you’ll be in excellent hands.
