Lisa Atkins is top notch. Efficient, good communication and timely. Lisa is attentive to all of the details and is effective at disseminating the necessary steps and info.

I am thrilled with my choice of realtor for the sale of my home! Lisa initially presented a well prepared and organized sales presentation and marketing plan as well as a detail pricing proposal for my home. I was thoroughly impressed and felt like I was heard, questions were answered and her responses to follow up questions were very timely. Lisa was a great sales partner for my home who was able to help in every aspect of the process. *This included small details such as ensuring the best photos were taken, the write up included as much information as possible and ensuring I had every bit of requested follow up information. *Larger details such as moving company recommendations, trade recommendations for minor repairs and even checking the home to ensure that the landscaping was in reasonable shape while it was vacant. Thank you Lisa for the great experience and for going above and beyond.
