I loved working with Cindee. She was very nice, knowledgeable, and very conscious of our needs.

I enjoyed working with Cindee. She is very pleasant person to work with, professional, and very helpful. Her experience and knowledge shows in answers to my questions, in her negotiation, in her knowledge of the market, the process and timing, and in her guidance throughout the entire journey. I loved working with Cindee and would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a new home.

Cindee is a fantastic agent. Don't let her cool, calm, demeanor fool you - she is a shark on the negotiating table. Buying or selling a home is a process that takes time and diligence. You need someone who is on the ball - sharp, and on point. Calls you back when they're supposed to. Shows up when they're supposed to. Gets in touch with the other respective agents. Makes appointments. Maps things out. Has patience. The list goes on.

Cindee maintains all of these qualities. Working with her was a pleasure - both personally and professionally.

Cindee helped my husband and I find a home in Southern California despite our long distance being from Texas. Cindee is personable, intelligent, and is a hard worker. Passion for what she does is evident by her constant determination and around the clock work times. Cindee was always there to talk to, answer questions, and laugh with. Most importantly, Cindee was also VERY patient. I couldn't imagine having been with anyone else during this process. I would highly recommend Cindee to anyone and will use her name when I hear of anyone looking for a home! Cindee is a real gem and was such a pleasure to work with. You will not go wrong when you choose Cindee Cano.

Cindee and Michael combine their professional expertise with a personal touch. This allows the customer to feel confident with their real estate knowledge with the ability to allay the customer's worries of such a large investment. Additionally, we felt as if any unexpected incidents occurred then it would be handled swiftly. Karen and I enjoyed their warmth and appreciated their integrity and we fully endorse their services.

My wife and I are extremely happy to write this review! We could not have been more blessed to have Cindee and Michael as our real estate team. From day one they were quick to respond to all phone calls/emails/text messages and they matched our quick and hurried pace each step of the way. Despite competing in such an intense market their combined savvy and expertise assisted us finding the home of our dreams! Our children are now attending some of the best public schools in Orange County and they also have their very own pool! We really cannot put into words how much it means to our family to have had these two very wonderful people fighting for us in the real estate world! We would recommend them to anyone who is looking to buy or sell their homes and trust that they would have the same outstanding real estate experience we've just completed! Thank you again Cindee and Michael! You're both AMAZING!!!

Cindee helped me find and purchase my dream home! Finding the right property can be a daunting process. Cindee and Michael never gave up on me, diligently looking for properties that were suitable and affordable..Cindee is very personable and was honest and was forthright in every step of the purchasing process. Her advice was thoughtful and sound and I could trust her implicitly. She takes charge of the situation, is at your service and is available through the entire process. I highly recommend her as an agent. You will not be disappointed.

Cindee was recommended to me by the owner of a local and very successful mortgage bank while I was an employee there. She was helpful in finding a home and accommodating of my pushing her out of her preferred areas. She was a great advocate when it came time to close and helped push Escrow to get their crap together. All in all, would recommend.

I was referred to Cindee and Michael from a friend who told me they were a A+ team to work with. They helped me aggressively look for a condo in the Orange County area and after a good search we finally found a place in a great location that had the desirable layout I was looking for.

Being at the end of 2012 and towards an upswing in real estate buying it was not an easy task to find a place, and even more difficult to have my offer accepted. Michael and Cindee's excellent drive and dedication led them to the seller accepting my offer even though many others were on the table, and some even better.

Their hard work paid off and I have been renovating the place ever since, enjoying my new home to the fullest. Thank you Cindee and Michael for the tireless search for my soon to be dream perfect bachelor pad!

Cindee and Michael helped with my sale . Their expertise and enthusiasm was key to making this a smooth transition for my family. I will refer to them for all future transactions
